Mad Skills Monday 049: Rob Nichols

Welcome to Mad Skills Monday, where we showcase top work from young creatives to bring some inspiration to beat the post-weekend blues. Today we feature the highly experimental graphic design of Rob Nichols.

Power tool: My Mac
Power song: Moloko – Sing it Back
Power snack: Definitely yogurt. All about the Onken.

The work of Rob Nichols combines both a slick eye for graphic design and typography with strong drawing skills, through print design, illustration, digital art and animation amongst other fields. The visual style is detailed and contemporary, often playing with shapes, glowing colours and elements of fantasy and sci-fi. Basically, it’s how I’d want all video games to look like.
